2023 Wellness Holiday Gift Guide

Date
Nov, 19, 2023

We took a year off but we’re back with a wellness-inspired gift guide that’s better than ever! My best friend Paige and I have done the research for you—here are our top picks for your 2023 holiday wishlist, or to use as inspiration when shopping for the wellness enthusiasts in your life.

Olivia’s Picks

Vital Red Light – Red light therapy is all the rage lately! I hopped on the train with this portable red light, it’s a high-quality brand and the little light has a lot of power. The benefits of red light therapy include better sleep, improved mood, muscle recovery, and more.

Aurate Jewelry – So, Paige and I are both huge Mejuri fans, but lately, Aurate has caught my eye for sustainable recycled gold and ethically sourced diamonds if you’re looking to make an investment in high-quality jewelry.

Attitude Skincare – Not only do I love their shampoo and conditioner, but their makeup and skincare lines are fragrance-free & plastic-free which is awesome and sadly not common in the beauty industry. I’ve been loving the Phyo-Calm Soothing Solid Face Cream which you can find at Whole Foods.

Liforme Yoga Mat – One of my favorite online yoga teachers, Jessica Richburg, swears by them, among others. They have great grip, are made of non-toxic materials, and have alignment markers.

Dry Brush – A new routine I’m planning to pick up in 2024 is dry brushing. This involves brushing your body in a specific way before showering to improve circulation and lymphatic drainage – it’s been on my radar forever so I decided it’s time to give it a try myself!

Ajna Acupuncture Mat – Featured on our 2020 gift guide, I’m bringing this one back because I am still loving my acupuncture mat. It is a simple and low-cost way to reduce stress and tension in your body. I love using my pillow behind my neck when reading.

LEVOIT Air Purifier – I have had this air purifier from Levoit for years and it’s going strong, just remember to replace the filter! Once you see all the gunk in your filter you’ll understand why this is a key investment. Another high-quality, but spendy brand is Airdoctor

Klean Kanteen Mug -This cute reusable mug is from Clean Kanteen which is a certified B Corporation and committed to using non-toxic materials.

Hatch Sunrise Alarm Clock I haven’t tried this clock for myself yet, but I’ve heard good reviews. Its unique feature is a simulated sunrise effect it produces before your alarm to get aid in a more peaceful wakeup than those awful-sounding iPhone alarms.

Henry Rose Fragrance – Henry Rose is a non-toxic genderless fragrance brand. Their sample kit would make the perfect gift for your friend who loves to smell good but doesn’t want to wear toxic chemicals—more on that here.

MATE the Label Alpaca Collection – MATE is my favorite sustainable clothing brand. They recently launched a line of alpaca sweaters that are sustainably made in Peru without dyes or chemicals. This is a great gift to splurge on to be extra cozy for winter.

Branch Basics Trial Kit (not pictured) – I love my  Branch Basics cleaning supplies! I recently gifted the glass essentials kit to Paige, who has been loving it too. And yes, even though it’s safe & non-toxic, I promise it’s very effective.

Paige’s Picks

Vehla Sunglasses – This brand has so many fun trendy styles. The Amazon ones are also great, but these ones are a little more elevated. I love the different color options and they are  doing a promo –  buy one, get one free (code  VEHLA241)

Mejuri Heirloom Ring – The biggest splurge on this guide, but so gorgeous, timeless, and quality. This ring is 14k gold and pairs well with other rings. I literally don’t take it off the bedside to clean it. My rationale was to build up to having quality rings instead of cheap ones that tarnish easily.

DedCool Fragrance ”Milk” – The best layering fragrance or lovely just on its own. My favorite scent to wear and the one I get the most compliments on. It is also a clean brand so I feel better spraying non-toxic products on me.

Salt and Stone Candle – Aesthetic meets scent. This is a candle that is not overpowering but adds the perfect amount of aroma to any room. I have the Saffron and Cedar scent in my bathroom and love it. Added bonus it’s a clean brand with a 100% cotton wick.

Salt and Stone Deodorant – The candles pair well with their natural deodorant. My favorite is their Bergamot scent. This is the only natural deodorant for me that ACTUALLY works. I have one in every gym bag and car console.

Dagne Bag – Great for the gym or travel. Lightweight and aesthetic for the chic girlie who loves a basic color palette. The material is made out of neoprene so it is water-resistant, machine-washable, and easy to clean. I also love that the brand says how many recycled bottles it uses for each bag. The Landon bag reused 23  recycled bottles and is 100% vegan.

Free People Jacket – My favorite go-to cozy jacket. Pairs well with jeans and comes in different colors. This is the type of jacket that you can dress up or wear with athleisure.

Sherpa Slippers – Only $50 at Abercrombie. They look so soft and match my furniture, love!

Bala Bangles – Great for wearing around the house when cleaning or perfect for the added push to your workout. I take them to Pilates and wear them around my ankles. They are available in different colors and weights.
